Social/Volunteer Organizations
I am a certified CARFIT Coordinator. CARFIT is nationally known through AARP and senior safety programs.
CARFIT knowledge is broadly helpful for all populations relating to appropriate ergonomics and body alignments as we all develop problems and pain while driving our vehicles. It is important that we properly fits in our vehicles and correctly use mirrors and safety belts. Sitting at a proper height over the steering wheel for visual input, maintain proper hand placement on the steering wheel are some other important aspects that we inspect.

As a CARFIT Coordinator, I set up events to improve community awareness for driver safety.
