Bachelor Degree in Occupational Therapy from Indiana University School of Allied Health. Eva founded TMS, Inc., an Indiana community-based, regionally focused private practice driver rehabilitation program in 2003. She obtained her CDRS in 2005, CAPS (Certified Aging in Place Specialist) credential in 2012, and ATP (Assistive Technology Professional) credential through RESNA in 2015. She has clinical expertise in working with the visually impaired driver, Home Modification/Accessibility and Home Modification Construction Project Management, Aging in Place Consulting, Seating and Positioning, Ergonomics and Work-Site Assessment/Consulting, and Assistive Technology Evaluation/Consulting. She has presented nationally for AOTA, ADED, University OT Programs and regional stakeholders on topics related to low vision, driving, and therapeutic assistive technology.
Social/Volunteer Organizations
Eva has served on the ADED Board of Directors, as ADED Certification Committee Co-Chair, Member of ADED Finance Committee, ADED Government Relations AD HOC Committee, and served as an officer in the Midwest Chapter of ADED multiple years. She contributed in the implementation of the ADED Mentor Program during her tenure on the ADED Board, and is a recipient of the ADED Presidential Award of recognition.

Eva is the owner of a community-based private practice, is recognized as an expert in the field of driver rehabilitation, and provides services throughout Indiana, Northern Kentucky, and surrounding states. She is recognized by the Indiana BMV and credentialed as a bioptic driver evaluator and trainer. She has co-created curriculum for the driver rehab specialist interested in working with the visually impaired (bioptic) driver. She continues to serve as a mentor to other driver rehab professionals who work with visually impaired drivers. She has developed specialized programs to meet the needs of drivers along the life span, including those on the autism spectrum, those with learning challenges for pre-driver tutoring, and for senior driver fitness and driver cessation counseling. She is EMC certified for high-tech van evaluation/training and Vehicle Modification Consultation.
